Because we love you so much, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from LOVELEMENTS™ eStore, we offer a one-off free return and give you a full refund (except the shipping cost). For hygiene reason, we regret to advise that we do not accept return of all earrings products.
Please note that to be eligible for the refund processing you have to notify us within 99 days from the date of order arrival of the item. We really love to see that you enjoy our product, but should the items to be not satisfactory, please email us on your return(s) request.
Upon receiving of your return items, it will be inspected at our appointed addresses. We will notify you that we have received your returned item.
To be eligible for a return, all items is to minimally meet the following requirements:
- Original Resale-able Condition & All Accessories Intact
- Original Packaging, Gift Box Etc.
- Within 99 days of receipt
- Original Invoice Available
- Not under the Non-Exchangeable & Non-Refundable Items list
If return(s) are approved, refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the same credit card used for the purchase within a certain amount of days.
If you have purchased a Jewelry set / Jewelry and wish to return it for a refund due to valid reasons only, the complete set must be returned.
Refunds will be unavailable for sale goods and promotional items.
Exchange of items due to change of mind will be unavailable
Non-Exchangeable & Non-Refundable Items list
Please note that due to hygiene concerns certain items are non-exchangeable, non-returnable and non-refundable.

Please note: If the returns team receives a non-returnable item, we will send back the item to the original shipping address without a refund/exchange.

To return your product, you will be given a return address upon contacting us at firstname.lastname@example.org. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs or any fees incurred for returning your item.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you are shipping an item over, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are unable to guarantee that we will receive your returned item via a non-trackable shipping service.

Kindly follow these steps below so that we can better arrange your return request:
- Please send an email to our Customer Service Team with the following information with Headline in the following format
- Headline: "Return request for [Order Number ID] purchased on [DD MMM YYY]" :
- Body of the email to included the following information:
- Full Name
- Order Number ID
- Item(s) to be returned
- Photo of the item(s) to be return
- Reason(s) for the return
- Our Friendly Team will contact you within the next 7 business days to acknowledge your request and confirm on your details.
- You will then receive an email with the return instructions and a Return number will be given.
- Please pack the completed Return Form together with the item(s) in the original LOVELEMENTS™ packaging in the parcel.
- Do send the item(s) that you wish to return to the address by courier within 14 days.

- Please note that the customer should bear the shipping cost or any taxes incurred for returning the item(s) to LOVELEMENTS™ eStore and be responsible for the safety of the delivery.
- All returns will be processed within the next few business days upon meeting our return policies and confirmation of the items original condition. An email notification will be sent to you as soon as the refund is completed from our end.
- Your refund(s) should appear on your bank statement within 14 to 21 business days, depending on your bank/card issuer. Please contact your bank/card issuer directly should you have any further clarifications pertaining to your refund(s).

Q. The price of the item I purchased has changed since I received it. Can I get a refund?
Ans. Sorry but we will not be able to do a refund.
