Refund and Returns Policy

Our products come with a 30-days money back guarantee from the date of purchase for all manufacturing defects. All products that are deemed to be faulty, as the result of a manufacturing fault, will be replaced.
You can obtain a refund to the original payment method if you have your original receipt or proof of purchase. Items returned must be in their original sale condition.
RETURNING IN-STORE
All purchases made in-store can only be returned or exchanged in any LOVELEMENTS store. You are also welcomed to return any items purchased online in your preferred LOVELEMENTS store. Make sure you have your receipt or proof of purchase with you, including your online order confirmation email if you purchased items online.
RETURNING REQUEST
On a rare case where a return is requested, please get in touch with our Customer Care Team by submitting a return request. Our Customer Care Team will provide you with the next steps in ensuring you receive your refund.
When returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs and fees when returning your item.

CONDITIONS OF RETURN
- Items returned must be in their original sale condition (unworn and unused with all original packaging and labels)
- You may be asked to provide personal details for returns or exchanges for verification purposes.
- Earrings, necklace, bracelets, body piercing products, hair accessories, and gift cards cannot be returned or refunded for change of mind reasons.
- Shipping costs from purchases and pickup and collection are non-refundable.
FAULTY RETURNS
Return of jewelry due to Faulty Items/Manufacturing Defect does not cover any general wear and tear, chain breakage, loss, or jewelry that has not been cared for (e.g. breaks & tarnishing).
If you believe an item you have purchased is faulty please contact us.
CHANGE OF MIND
No refunds or returns can be performed for change of mind due to hygiene reasons.
YOUR RIGHT TO A REFUND OF PURCHASE PRICE
You are entitled to a refund for items you purchase from LOVELEMENTS if the item is:
- (a) faulty and the fault or defect was not pointed out to you before you purchased it or would not have been apparent to you when you inspected the goods before purchase; or
- (b) Not ‘of merchantable quality’, meaning that it is not of the quality that you reasonably expected when you purchased it, bearing in mind the way the item was described to you before your purchase and also the price of the item; or
- (c) Not fit for its purpose, meaning that the item does not do what you reasonably expected it would, and you return the item within a reasonable time after purchase and provide LOVELEMENTS with proof of purchase, such as your original LOVELEMENTS receipt or bank statement.
If you do not return the item within a reasonable time, you will not be entitled to a refund of the purchase price.
However, do take note that all shipping costs are non-refundable. Thus, if you’ve receive a refund, the cost of return shipping as well as any prior shipping fees will be deducted when calculating refund.
